We truly appreciate you and are grateful for choosing + trusting us with your skin health. While we value your business + time, we ask that you also respect our scheduling + cancellation policies.
Booking
Scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies:
All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking.
For your security, credit card information is encrypted by our payment processor and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account.
72 hours prior to your appointment an email reminder is automatically sent. Simply reply CONFIRM to secure your appointment. You're also welcome to reply with a reschedule request, cancellation or questions + concerns prior to your treatment by emailing to hello@iciparis.ca
UNCONFIRMED appointments will be released 48 hours prior to the appointment time and a cancellation fee of $100 for each scheduled service will be billed. The credit card on file will be charged.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins always welcome, however, clients with appointments are given priority.
Cancellation
Out of consideration for other clients and our professional time, on any appointments we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
CANCELLED or RESCHEDULED appointments with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 for each scheduled service. The credit card on file will be charged.
Clients who are a NO SHOW to their confirmed appointment will be billed the full amount of the service. The credit card on file will be charged.
Missing or cancelling your appointments multiple times with less than 48 hours notice leads to only accepting bookings once your appointments are prepaid.
Please note and be considerate: when you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Amex and Cash are accepted. Any cash payment for services or goods includes HST. Prices do not include HST and are subject to change without notice.
Late arrivals
We recommend clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first appointment. If you do happen to arrive late for your appointment(s), Ici Paris will try its best to accommodate your full booking. However, if that is not possible, your appointment time will be shortened and you will be billed for the full cost of the service(s).
Return Policy
SPA PACKAGES are not subject to refunds. Treatments included in the package cannot be broken up, must be booked for the same day.
PRE-PAID TREATMENT PLANS are not subject to refunds and are valid for 1 year after the date of purchase. After 1 year no discount is valid on them and they are treated as money, hence can be used towards any of our services excluding injectable services.
GIFT CARDS are not subject to refunds. Both physical and e-gift cards are required to be with you at the check-out.
SKIN CARE PRODUCTS are not subject to refunds. However, in the event of any skin reactions clients are required to contact us immediately and return the product(s) within 15 days of purchase. After fulfilling these criteria + parameters store credit can only be applied.
SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be exchanged.
To avoid unwanted items, prior to purchasing products and/or services online, we recommend clients to come in for a complimentary consultation or connect with us either via email or phone.
Gift Cards/Certificates
Gift certificates are a caring, thoughtful and special way of gift-giving. They can be purchased both online and in person, and they never expire. By purchasing and using a gift card/certificate you agree with the following terms + conditions:
Gift card/certificate sales are final and non-refundable; are not redeemable for cash or credit.
Gift cards/certificates must be treated like cash and must be presented at the time of purchase, checkout.
Gift cards/certificates can be used to purchase services and products only, they cannot be used to purchase gift cards/certificates, prepaid cards, or to pay monthly membership fees.
Gift cards that are lost, stolen or damaged cannot be replaced and Ici Paris shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
Tipping And Gratuity
If you are pleased with the service(s) you have received, it is customary to give gratuity to each of the therapists. Our Team is grateful for your tip, however the best tip we can receive is your repeated business, referrals + google reviews.
Wayspa gift cards/certificates
WaySpa or SpaFinder gift cards/certificates can only be used for regular priced services. They can not be used for products, already discounted services and towards injectable service.
